ReportKeep is a field service reporting tool that helps workers capture job details and generate professional reports using AI assistance.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person; you may not share accounts

3. Your Data

• You own all job data, reports, and photos you create
• You grant us a licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring data you enter does not violate others' privacy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service
• Upload malicious files or content

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports generated by ReportKeep use AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all reports before sending them to customers or using them for legal or business purposes.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. ReportKeep stores data locally on your device as a backup when offline.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReportKeep is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
